Blair Witch Blues
I don’t know about any of ya’ll but I have a way of freaking myself out every time I watch a scary movie. My mind makes up all of these images and scenarios of how the scary movie could somehow be real and that girl with the long black hair is going to jump out at me behind the closet sliding door any minute. So for some stupid reason I recorded Blair Witch Project off TV and Joe and I watched it Saturday night. Okay, that movie is beyond disturbing! That night I woke up with an upset stomach, so I’m rolling around in bed, totally nauseas but scared to do anything. Turns out, I had the flu bug and I was up all night throwing up! Two times as horrible because I was scared to go from the bed to the toilet in the dark so I sat in bed with a trash bag and puked the night away. I don’t recommend seeing that movie.

I am totally laughing! I know what it is like to be that freaking SCARED!!! Why do we even put ourselves through it?? Ray and I went to see a movie called the TOOTH FAIRY like 4 years ago, and I still get scared about it. There was a scene where this ghost lady cloaked in a black robe, is hovering over the bath room door, just waiting for a kid to come out of the light!! AHHHHH!!
That is so funny you thought our family picture looked like it was taken at Mt. View. It actually kinda does, but no, it was done at a park in Chandler. I would hope with all the cool places in Arizona I would never resort to take them at Mt. View. Anyway, I freak myself out too with scary movies.
Ashley-- that's funny/sad/funny. It really stinks that you had the flu and were sick all night...but, i laugh only because i KNOW exactly what you were going through. I psych myself out ALL the time-- I can't even check to see if the door is locked if I get into bed and start playing mind games with myself...and you'd think i could musture up enough courage to make sure that was done to prevent even more nightmares and what not.
I love being sacred, then regret it when I start the self-mind tricks.
Such is life!!
Oh Ash, that is so sad!! You know me...I'm such a freak when it comes to scary stuff. I can't even watch The Sixth Sense anymore! I'm so sorry you got sick! That sounds like an awful experience! I hope it doesn't get passed on to your fam! Get better!
Sorry your sick and that you were scared. I HATE being scared. I never watch scary movies anymore for that exact reason! I hope you feel better!
Poor thing! Thats miserable, hope you got to enjoy Halloween. I need help with my blog can you please??? I want a cute unique background.
i would be the same... i freak myself out way too much with movies or anything i hate... i absolutely hate scorpians... long story short... yesterday i had one land on my leg and i was so scared... i got it off, however i dont remember how, without being stung... but last night i kept waking up with nightmares of them crawling all over me... all night long... ugg...
OOOH! I'm sorry about the scary movie- I once made Adam drive by the temple after a scary moive. Also, I am more sad about the stomach flu. Nothing is worse than that feeling you get right before you know you are going to throw up. Double doosy- yikes!

I have to agree-- I HATE scary movies and will not watch them!!! I am still scared of that Disney movie, "Watcher in the Woods"-- Have you ever seen it? Well it might be lame, but I watched it at a slumber party when I was like 11 and I can still remember the fear!!! Sorry to hear that you were sick,, I hate to throw up- it is the worst! Hope you are feeling much better!
